For orders less than $35, we offer low flat rate shipping! 
Flat Rate US Shipping Cost: $6.99 USD.   
Flat Rate International Shipping Cost: $8.99 USD.  

A tracking number will always be provided to you for your order.

DELIVERY 

Once order is placed and payment is cleared, our standard order processing time for production and processing the order. Is 2-5 business days. We are trying the best to ship most products within 3 business

As a guide line generally 3 - 21 business days shipping time after the order is processed. 

All our products are hand-picked from different suppliers and custom printed & designed with love just for you. Due to the popularity of some of our production and the fact that they are custom made for you, to be safe please allow 2- 4 weeks for delivery after the order is processed. 

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all online purchases. 

Our policy lasts 30 days after item has been delivered. You have 30 days from the date to issue the return request form, after that you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item.  But if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us. 

If the product is faulty, we will refund your money or send you a new item – your choice. 

If you purchased the wrong size or we sent the wrong item, we'll swap it over no questions asked. Please email us to initiate the refund process - Any items that need to be returned must have an authorization number from GoCheekie.

To start the process, please send us an email with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The issue (faulty product, wrong size)
  • What you'd like (exchange or refund)

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold. 

We do not accept returns on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items or digital products

After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the item is in resalable condition. 

Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email help @ GoCheekie.com and we will send you return address according to your location.  

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

*Please be aware that international shipping orders may be subject to a customs charge upon arrival, based on location. The customer is liable for any import duties, customs and taxes, which will be due at the point of delivery or post-delivery. GoCheekie does not have any control over the duties, customs, or taxes that are charged by the country your order is being shipped to.
